The Health of the Urban Poor programme attracts a number of delegations
Our Health of the Urban Poor (HUP) program, which provides technical assistance to municipal corporations, local governments and civil society organizations to strengthen their efforts, has been attracting a number of high profile individuals and delegations.
The HUP program is being implemented in eight states – Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Odisha, Bihar, Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh – and in five cities of Pune, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, Delhi and Agra. Successful strategies from the implementation areas are being used for policy advocacy and scaling up.
